Accountable Roofing Services has recently completed a Cedar to Asphalt conversion on our rancher. Derek oversaw the work from Start to Finish. He is very knowledgeable and provided detailed explanations about the process and options in material when requested. His quotation in price and time estimate were both competitive and accurate.

Derek's quote to replace our roof was the lowest and in this case, proved to be the best for us. He spent time looking over the job, he climbed on top of the roof to check and measure it, and he explained the materials that he would use. The disposal bin, Johnny, and the materials arrived promptly so that the work was not delayed. The 6-man crew worked non-stop from about 8:45 AM until almost 8 PM on the 2 days it took to complete the bulk of the work. The cleanup was very good. The bin and Johnny were removed expeditiously.

Derek is an enthusiastic and energetic person. He has good people and sales skills. There was absolutely no problem and no complaint when halfway through the work we changed the venting system. We believe him when he instants that we call him should some problem arise with the roof.

We are happy with our new roof!
